Here are tips to help you fast safely

 

  1. Keep fasting periods short
  2. Drink activated charcoal mixed with Neem (supplied by Ni Wa)
  3. Stay hydrated
  4. Go for walks in the nature
  5. Don't break your fast with a feast
  6. Stop fasting if you feel unwell
  7. Eat plenty of whole foods on non-fasting days
