The Holistic Oasis Running Retreat is led by NiWa, an experienced guide who brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to the experience. As a former youth athlete specializing in 3K runs, NiWa has firsthand experience in the world of competitive running.
Now a holistic physiotherapist, she is dedicated to supporting your well-being and performance during the retreat.
She is available to provide personalized insights and guidance on your running style, posture, and techniques to help you refine your skills and improve overall performance.
In addition to her expertise in running and physiotherapy, Neva is also skilled in massage therapy. While not included in the retreat package, you may choose to enhance your experience with a rejuvenating massage for your legs and back to aid in recovery and relaxation.
Our retreat leader, Ni Wa, has an extensive background in sports physiotherapy. She had the privilege of serving as the official physiotherapist for the Dutch National Championships, where she provided massage treatments and therapeutic care to elite sprinters and other athletes.
Ni Wa's extensive experience working with top-level athletes ensures that you'll receive expert guidance and support throughout your Holistic Oasis Running Retreat. Her unique blend of knowledge in physiotherapy, massage, and running makes her an invaluable resource for participants seeking to improve their performance, prevent injuries, and nurture their overall well-being.
To provide further insight into Ni Wa's impressive background, she has not only treated athletes in her private practice but also volunteered as a physiotherapist at the Dutch Championships. There, she provided massage therapy to top athletes, helping them to recover and perform at their best.
Moreover, Ni Wa has lent her expertise to support marathon runners in Holland, volunteering her time and skills to treat participants with massage. This diverse experience in sports physiotherapy and massage therapy showcases her commitment to helping athletes and active individuals achieve optimal health and performance.
Another valuable food preparation technique you'll learn at the Holistic Oasis Retreat is how to incorporate superfoods into your daily routine using a shaker. Participants are encouraged to bring a small glass jar with a lid from home, which will serve as their personal superfood shaker throughout the retreat.
During the retreat, you'll be provided with a variety of nutrient-dense superfoods and beneficial herbs to add to your shaker. To create a powerful, health-boosting elixir, you'll combine these ingredients with the special water provided, shake vigorously, and then consume.
This technique offers a convenient and enjoyable way to incorporate potent superfoods and herbs into your daily life, supporting overall well-being and vitality.
