What you can put in every bowl > spirulina
Definition superfoods > All vegetable and fruit if organic are considered superfoods imo
Liquid > just a little like ¼ th cup water, vegan milk, juice will help to keep the blender turning.
Useful tip. Always check well if the lid is closed well or keep your hand on top to secure.
Summer bowls > You can add icecubes or freeze the fruits. If your fruits are not frozen you can add 5 or more icecubes to the mix this will make the mix more creamy and fresh.
Fast easy and organised: Ready frozen packages. You can make bags with vegetables and or fruits mixes and this will make the whole thing so much easier. Easy: take a bag from the freezer and put in the blender, add some powders (this you can also make mixes of) and liquid and blend.
