When you are able to maintain a more mindful lifestyle, you will be able to discover things about yourself that you have never noticed before, while gaining a much greater understanding of your standing in life.

Reflection day per month

By having one paid reflection day per month the employee has the chance to reflect on the work on his-her own performance and to keep the findings in a journal

personal development, job development, reflection and learning the emplyee develop a deeper relation with the self, life and the performance. The overview on things will help to mange stress. 

Goal setting 

By setting goals before unwinding time and leave the office with the knowledge of the next day steps/schedule will help to avoid overwhelm and improve productivity. By readoing the goals the morning in the warm up stage the employee has more clarity and can adjust a bit if needed.

Biophilic Design 

Experiencing nature provides a multitude of health benefits. Biophilic design has emerged as a design approach that aims to reconnect occupants with the natural environment. We evaluated the impact of a multisensory biophilic environment on occupants' cognitive performance, stress, productivity, mood, connectedness to nature, and attention.. The results demonstrate that immersive biophilic environments can improve occupants’ satisfaction and cognitive performance, while reducing stress.
