 The Holistic Oasis Office Day's morning warm-up session prepares participants for the day ahead, with an emphasis on physical and mental well-being. The morning warm-up session consists of:

 

Filling and Hydrating with the Copper Water Bottle: Participants fill their new copper water bottles, provided in the goodie bag, with filtered water from the office's newly purchased 19-liter water filter system.

Activated Charcoal Detox Drink and Himalayan Salt Electrolyte Water: Using ingredients from their goodie bags, participants create personalized wellness drinks, including an activated charcoal detox drink and Himalayan salt electrolyte water.

 Gentle Morning Exercises: Engage in light exercises designed to warm up the body, improve circulation, and prepare the mind for the day ahead.

The fourth part of the Holistic Oasis Office Day provides a refreshing break from deep work sessions, featuring a brain-boosting milkshake and an active break to re-energize participants. This part includes:

 

Active Break: Following the deep work session, participants engage in an active break, incorporating light physical activity to enhance blood circulation and refresh their minds.

Milkshake Brain Booster Drink: Participants enjoy a protein-packed, vegan, walnut cacao milk based, Stevia-sweetened, brain-boosting milkshake, specifically designed as a signature drink for the Holistic Oasis Office. Packed with eight brain-boosting components, this performance drink will enhance focus and cognitive function.

 

By integrating these elements into the day's schedule, the Holistic Oasis Office Day ensures that participants remain energized and mentally sharp throughout their work sessions, allowing them to tackle tasks with greater efficiency and effectiveness.

Part 5: B Tasks and Prioritization

The fifth part of the Holistic Oasis Office Day focuses on managing less urgent tasks, such as checking emails, and allowing participants to prioritize their B tasks based on personal preference. This part includes:

 

Email and Communication Management: After completing the two deep work sessions, participants may now check their emails and handle other communication tasks, as they have already dedicated their most productive time to their A tasks.

B Task Prioritization: Participants are encouraged to prioritize and work on their five B tasks. However, if they identify a more pressing task, they are free to address that instead, allowing for flexibility and adaptability.

Pomodoro each 25 work minutes a 5 minute break for: Refreshing-Deskercises-Walking

Part 6: B Task Completion. Strength Session. C Tasks 2 out of 5. Yoga Unwind

 

In the revised Part 6, participants will finish their B tasks, engage in a strength and cardio session, tackle C tasks, and enjoy a yoga unwinding session before their healthy vegan lunch. This part includes:

 

B Task Completion: Participants will finish any remaining B tasks, supported by a Pomodoro session focused on strength.

Strength and Cardio Session: With the protein shake providing energy, participants will engage in a strength and cardio session, capitalizing on the recent nutrient boost.

C Task Tackle: To ensure a productive day, participants will complete three of their five C tasks before lunch, focusing on smaller tasks and preparing for upcoming meetings.

Yoga Unwind: Participants will engage in a short yoga session to relax and unwind before enjoying their lunch break.

Healthy Vegan Lunch: Following the yoga session, participants will take a well-deserved lunch break, featuring healthy vegan options to nourish their bodies and support overall well-being.

 

 

Part 7: Final C Tasks, Refreshments, and Exploring Meeting Options

In Part 7, participants will complete their remaining C tasks, have the opportunity to enjoy a rejuvenating beverage, and experience various meeting styles to promote collaboration and creativity. This part includes:

 

Final C Task Completion: Participants will finish their last two C tasks, which can be utilized for meeting preparation or other short tasks

 

Refreshment Break: Enjoy a rejuvenating lemonade or herbal tea to keep the mind and body hydrated and refreshed.

 

Exploring Meeting Styles: Experience different meeting options, such as a walking meeting, standing meeting, and lounge meeting, to discover new ways of fostering productivity and collaboration.

 

Relaxation Time with Chai: After exploring various meeting styles, participants can unwind with a soothing Chai and some personal downtime.

Part 8: Unwinding, Reflection, and Wealth Creation Journaling

 

The unwinding portion of the Holistic Oasis Office Day begins with a reflective moment, accompanied by a choice of Chai or lemonade, and a celebratory energy truffle to recognize the day's achievements. This segment includes:

 

Reflection with a Beverage: Start the unwinding process with a few minutes of reflection while enjoying a refreshing drink, such as Chai or lemonade, to help transition from work mode to relaxation.

Celebratory Energy Truffle: Savor an energy truffle to acknowledge and celebrate the accomplishments of the day, while also providing a boost of energy.

Creative Session: Spend 4 minutes on creative endeavors, such as exploring a hobby, writing a poem, or engaging in other forms of self-expression.

Goal Setting for the Next Day: Allocate 4 minutes to plan the following day's tasks, including one A task (the most important task), three B tasks, and five C tasks. This daily planning practice helps ensure that participants maintain focus and productivity in their work.

Part 8 Continued: Relaxation and Mindfulness

Participants will engage in relaxation and mindfulness practices to wind down from the day's activities.

Deep Breathing and Relaxation Techniques: Participants can choose to relax in a hammock, lounge chair, or any comfortable position to engage in deep breathing exercises, progressive muscle relaxation, or a body scan.

Free Time and Reading: Alternatively, participants can opt to simply relax, do nothing, or read a book, fully immersing themselves in the present moment and fostering a sense of calm.
