Detailed list of 8 day implemention
Day 1 - Ambiance:
Introduction of biophilic elements to enhance the office environment and promote connection to nature.
Guided by NiWa
This day we highlight the first pillar: the Ambiance space and we warm up in a very easy way the other pillars
We start the day with a small workout outside employees will have to be at nine oclock outside with easy wear.
We go trough the elements of the outdoor circuit number 1, containing 8 unitis with very easy and under the minute each set of movements.
In the office we drink our water with electrolytes with a small explanation
All will write in our first journal notes ¨the gratitude journal¨
Then we will make a list of ABC 1-3-5 of our most important second important least important tasks
The employees will place the new plants and the natural elements around at the the office spaces
Each desk will be surrounded by to plants and at other area´s we will place plantsWorkshop mini rock garden for each employee´s desk
- Next to the entrance will be a water element with rock garden places
- At the reception will be a rock garden
- Next to each desk will be a side table for the employees personal water bottle this to separate the computer desk from the water bottle
- The calm space with the reading area and the hamoock area will be constructed
- the active space with the swiss balls, yogamats, and pull ups and stretch bars bfrom wood will be constructed
- The rebounders will be set up and the infinity line and the parcours of the cones with teh football will be set up
- After all set up the employees will do a mini try out of circuit nr. 2 Indoor movement
Day 2 - Time Management Techniques:
