Motivation & Vision

Physiotherapy
Holistic lifestyle coach
Assistant Leadership
In my work I wish the best for my client. I go to all extent to find a way for and especially with them to feel the best ever. A secondary goal is the ability to continue this.
Holistic physio process strategy
1. In my work as Holistic physio it is important to invite the patient to reflect together on the cause, learn from the impairment and see this as an opportunity to learn and improve performance.
2 We set together the goals and divide them in do-able steps ( sub goals) that are written and measurable.
The client is taking part of this process.
This way there is an overview and calmness in the treatment process. It is valuable to be involved in one´s own rehabilitation process in an intelligent way, to go through a gentle healing process.
The exercises are always specific, tailormade lifestyle oriented, and integrating in the daily movements so that it is easy to to keep going.
For example: one can teach squats as an exercise but I would for example teach to go sit down very slow. This is improving not only the muscles but also cooordination and calmness and mindfullness.
It is super important that the person-client feel good when one has accomplished the sub goals and finally the main goal.
All actions, mindsets, movements, menu improvements, relaxations, change in perspective, creative expressions, are factors when integrated, will impact the quality of the life.
The overall therapy goal: A sustainable, calm energy level & happiness within, and a healthy, flexible, strong body
The program & modalities: Holism is the combination of many factors that create the tapistry of a life. It cannot be found in one therapy or one food or one consult. It is about learning, repeating many good things every day. I adress, mindset, posture, coordination, balance, selfcare in general, nutrition if desired.
My approach is about effecting, teaching, respecting the independancy and autonomy of the client.
In my teaching I explain why, how and let the person experience the learning.

*The Maitland method is a patient-centered approach in manual therapy, developed by Geoffrey Maitland, that uses passive and accessory joint and spine mobilizations to treat pain and stiffness. It is characterized by a continuous cycle of thorough examination, treatment, and evaluation, with a strong emphasis on the patient's experience and a clinician's adaptability. A key component is the use of five grades of mobilization, which are small to large rhythmic movements applied within or into the range of motion to achieve a therapeutic effect.
