Location two: Al Ain Oasis Abu Dhabi

Hosting a multi-day event for the Planets Oasis Project sounds like an excellent idea! By extending the event over several days, you can provide attendees with more opportunities to engage with the content, connect with other professionals, and fully immerse themselves in the sustainable practices being discussed.

One possible approach could be to organize the event in multiple locations, showcasing both the existing Oasis with its impressive palm trees and the innovative Master City. This would give participants a chance to experience firsthand the impact of sustainable initiatives and understand how these concepts can be applied in various settings.

Additionally, a multi-day format allows for a broader range of activities, including keynote speeches, panel discussions, site visits, networking sessions, and even fun activities like team-building exercises or cultural events.

Overall, a multi-day event offers more flexibility and potential for engagement, making it an ideal choice for the Planets Oasis Project..

The vastness of the desert provides a unique opportunity to accommodate a large number of attendees without worrying about space constraints.

By adding more rugs, we can easily scale the event to meet demand while maintaining the intimate and cozy atmosphere that the Bedouin-inspired environment offers.

This flexibility allows you to focus on creating an immersive and memorable experience for all guests.

To further capitalize on the expansive desert setting, consider incorporating these elements into your event:

1. A desert nature walk or guided tour, giving attendees a chance to explore the stunning landscape and learn more about the local ecosystem and wildlife.

2. An outdoor yoga or meditation session under the stars, providing a unique and tranquil experience that connects participants with the natural environment.

3. A stargazing experience led by an expert astronomer, offering insights into the night sky and fostering a sense of wonder and connection to the cosmos.
